Terms of Service

1. Services 

Willoughby Washing provides professional pressure washing and exterior surface restoration services, including driveways, patios, pool decks, fences, and other exterior surfaces. Services are performed using precision-calibrated equipment, concrete-safe pre-treatment solutions, and pool-safe chemicals. Service availability is subject to scheduling and geographic service area (Pollock Pines to Folsom along the Highway 50 corridor). 

2. Estimates and Scheduling 

Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information you supply at the time of request. Final pricing may vary if conditions differ from what was described. Please review the following: 

• Cancellations: We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. 
• Arrival: We will confirm a service window in advance. If conditions at the property require rescheduling upon arrival, we will notify you promptly. 
• Access: You are responsible for ensuring we have clear access to all areas to be cleaned on the scheduled service date. 

3. Pricing and Payment 

Prices are provided via estimate and are subject to change. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge for additional work required due to conditions not disclosed at the time of estimate. 

4. No Guarantee of Results 

Pressure washing outcomes depend on variables including surface age, condition, material type, severity of staining, and prior treatments. While we use professional-grade equipment and techniques, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, discoloration, or organic growth. We will work with you to achieve the best possible result safely and effectively. 

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days. We will review your concern and discuss appropriate options. Refunds are not provided for completed services, but we will work to address legitimate concerns on a case-by-case basis. 

5. Customer Responsibilities 

To ensure a safe and effective service, you agree to:

• Remove or secure outdoor furniture, potted plants, vehicles, and other items from the service area before our arrival. 
• Disclose any known surface sensitivities, coatings, sealants, or recent treatments that may affect how surfaces respond to pressure washing. 
• Ensure that outdoor water access (hose bib) is available and functional on the day of service. • Keep children and pets clear of the work area during service. 

Willoughby Washing is not responsible for damage to items left in the work area or for pre-existing surface damage that becomes more visible after cleaning. 

6. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Willoughby Washing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. 

7. Website Use 

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through our website. We reserve the right to suspend access to our website at any time and for any reason. 

8. Intellectual Property 

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Willoughby Washing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission. 

9. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in El Dorado County, California. 

10. Changes to These Terms 

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
